摘 要:在固定床反应器上研究了乙醇制丙烯反应中16%Zn/Hβ催化剂的积碳行为,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、氧程序升温氧化(TPO)、氨程序升温脱附(NH_3-TPD)、N_2等温吸附-脱附技术(BET)对反应前后催化剂的表面积碳进行了研究。结果表明,在乙醇制丙烯反应中,16%Zn/Hβ分子筛上的积碳物种主要是高温石墨型碳和低温无定型碳;16%Zn/Hβ催化剂的强酸和中强酸中心是积碳反应的活性中心,积碳优先在催化剂的微孔生成并堵塞微孔孔道,引起催化剂的外表面积和孔径变化,使得催化剂的反应活性中心减少,最终导致催化剂活性降低。Coke deposition on 16% Zn/Hβ catalysts for ethanol to propylene in fixed bed reactor was studied. The physicochemical properties of these catalysts were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction( XRD),temperatureprogrammed oxidation( TPO),programmed desorption of ammonia( NH_3-TPD) and N_2 isotherm adsorptiondesorption( BET). Based on the obtained results,the influences of coke deposition on these catalysts were discussed. The main results show thats: the coke on 16% Zn/Hβ catalysts might be consisted of aromatic hydrocarbon and aliphatic hydrocarbon; the strong acid sites of 16% Zn/Hβ catalysts are responsible for the production of coke; coke mainly deposite on the active center of Hβ catalyst,changing the external surface and mouth of the catalyst,which leads to the catalytic deactivation.
