摘 要:为改进橡胶衬套的设计方法,利用仿真模型研究了橡胶衬套结构尺寸与刚度的关系,用刚度相对变化率描述了结构尺寸对各向刚度的影响。基于研究结果提出了橡胶衬套的半经验设计方法,并采用该方法对某B级轿车下摆臂衬套进行了结构设计,通过三步结构调整获取的四向刚度均满足设计目标要求。研究表明,橡胶衬套的半经验设计方法解决了衬套结构设计刚度匹配难的问题,具有较高的工程应用价值。To improve design method of rubber bush, the relationship between structural size of rubber bush and stiffness was investigated by simulation model. The influences of structural size on integrated stiffness were described by related stiffness variable rate. Half-empirical design methodology of rubber bush was proposed based on research results. A structural design of a B-class car for lower suspension arm bush was performed with this methodology. The four-direction stiffness obtained with three-step structural adjustment complied with design requirement. Research shows that the halfempirical methodology solves the difficult matching problem of stiffness when designing bush structure. The method has a high value for engineering.
