摘　　要：目的根据压疮的不同分期,利用综合三级医院外科医疗平台,探讨多学科医护协作分级防治压疮的效果。方法护理压疮管理小组联合外科换药中心、整形外科医疗团队,对住院患者进行医护协作分级防治,全程监控防治效果。结果实施压疮多学科医护协作分级防治管理后,难免压疮发生率明显降低,压疮治愈率明显升高,≥3期压疮部位换药次数明显少于管理前,创面愈合时间短于管理前(P<0.05)。结论多学科医护协作分级防治压疮能够明显降低难免压疮发生率,提高压疮治愈率。Objective According to the different stages of pressure sores, using comprehensive tertiary hospital surgical platform, to discusses the effect of multi-disciplinary medical coordination classification on the control of pressure sores.Methods The hospitalized patients were given the medical collaboration classification by nursing management of pressure sores group combined surgical treatment center and plastic surgery medical team, and the effects of prevention and treatment were monitored in whole course. Results After the implementation of multi-disciplinary medical coordination classification management, the incidence of inevitable pressure sores obviously reduced, and the cure rate of pressure sores significantly increased, the number of dressings in the ≥3 stage pressure sores was significantly less than that before management, and the wound healing time was shorter than that before management（P0.05）. Conclusion Multidisciplinary medical coordination classification on the control of pressure sores can obviously reduce the incidence of inevitable pressure sores, improve the cure rate of pressure sores.
