摘　　要：随着经济和产业的迅猛发展,对高校人才培养模式提出了新的要求,也面临新一轮的挑战。需要对高校的教育进行全面的改革和创新,以适应社会发展的要求。在这样的背景下,提出了"新工科"这一新的教育理念,以培养高素质、高技能、全面型人才为目的,通过对人才培养模式的创新,从而带动整个社会经济的发展。要实现这一目的,需要从各个方面改变原有的教育模式,建立新型的人才培养模式,提高大学生和高校教师队伍的整体素质,包括工程实践和创新能力等,从而将其融入到课内与课外、理论与实践的教学活动中,全面提高大学生的创新精神和创新能力。With the rapid development of the economy and industry, new requirements have been put forward for the personnel training model in colleges and universities, and they are also facing new challenges. It is necessary to carry out comprehensive reforms and innovations in the education of universities to meet the requirements of social development. Against this background, a new education concept of ＂ New Engineering ＂ was proposed, with the aim of cultivating high-quality, high-skilled, and comprehensive talents. Through the innovation of the talent cultivation model,the entire socio-economic development will be promoted. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to change the existing education model from various aspects, establish a new model of personnel training, and improve the overall quality of college students and college teachers, including engineering practice and innovation capabilities, so as to integrate it into the classroom. In extracurricular, theoretical and practical teaching activities, students＇ creative spirit and innovative ability are comprehensively improved.
