护士长助理在医患办轮转培训的方法与效果

摘　　要：目的探讨新任护士长助理岗前培训方法,提升岗位胜任能力及纠纷处理能力。方法按时间段将24名护士长助理分为对照组和观察组各12名。对照组采用常规培养模式,由病区护士长一对一培训。观察组在对照组的基础上,增加医务科下设的医患办公室轮转培训2周,学习来访接待、医疗投诉处理、不良事件分析、诉讼旁听等。结果观察组法律法规知识考试成绩、协作能力、护患沟通能力、纠纷处理能力、日常办公能力显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),且观察组被投诉人次少于对照组。结论医患办轮转培训有利于护士长助理获取法律法规知识及提高纠纷处理方面的能力,对临床护理管理者的培养及管理人才的储备具有重要意义。Objective To explore the pre-job training method for newly appointed assistant head nurses,and to improve their post competency and ability to deal with disputes.Methods Totally 24 assistant head nurses were divided into a control group and an observation group chronologically,with 12 in each group.The control group received routine cultivation mode,and they were trained by the head nurses in their ward one-to-one.While the observation group additionally received 2 weeks rotation training in the doctor-patient relationship coordination office which belong to the medical department,where they learned reception,solving medical complaints,analysis of adverse events,hearing of the lawsuit and so on.Results The examination result of law and regulation,cooperation ability,nurse-patient communication ability,dispute solving ability and daily office working ability of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.And less assistant head nurses in the observation group were complained in the first year they were appointed.Conclusion The rotation training in the doctor-patient relationship coordination office is beneficial for assistant head nurses to acquire knowledge of law and regulation,and to improve their ability to deal with disputes,thus it is of great significance for the training of clinical nursing administrators and the reserve of management personnel.
