摘 要:目的探讨自我管理教育对首次卒中患者卒中后疲劳及日常生活活动能力的影响。方法将92例首次脑卒中住院患者随机分为对照组47例和干预组45例,对照组给予常规治疗护理及健康教育,干预组实施基于保护动机理论的自我管理教育,包括1次团体教育及5次不同主题的随访。结果干预后干预组疲劳评分显著低于对照组,日常生活活动能力评分显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论自我管理教育能有效改善首次卒中患者卒中后疲劳状况及日常生活活动能力。Objective To explore the effects of self-management education on post-stroke fatigue and activities of daily living ability for first stroke patients.Methods A total of 92 first stroke patients were randomized into a control group(n=47)and an intervention group(n=45).The control group was given routine treatment,nursing and health education,while the intervention group received self-management education based on protection motivation theory,which included 1 time group education and 5 times follow-up with different themes.Results After the intervention,the score of fatigue in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the score of activities of daily living ability was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.01 for both).Conclusion Self-management education could effectively improve post-stroke fatigue and activities of daily living ability for first stroke patients.
