摘  要:目的:探讨多学科协作诊疗(MDT)联合以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)的教学模式,在血液内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:以2016年1月至2017年6月在绍兴市人民医院血液内科进行住院医师规范化培训的109名医师为研究对象,随机分为实验组(PBL联合MDT教学组)54名和对照组(传统教学组)55名,比较2组出科考试成绩及问卷调查结果。结果:实验组理论考试成绩(85.54±3.58)显著高于对照组(74.45±5.13)(P<0.05);实验组操作技能考试成绩(89.33±5.16)亦显著高于对照组(76.11±4.65)(P<0.05)。实验组教学满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MDT联合PBL教学模式在血液内科住院医师规范化培训中收到了良好效果,值得进一步推广。[Objective] To explore the effects of multiple disciplinary team (MDT) combined with problem- based learning (PBL) in clinical standardized training for residents in hematology. [Method] 109 resident doctors of Standardized training of residents in hematology department of Shaoxing People's Hospital from Jan. 2016 to Jun. 2017 were selected. All resident doctors were randomly divided into 54 experimental group (MDT combined with PBL Teaching) and 55 control group (traditional teaching). Two groups of test scores and questionnaire results were compared. [Result] The theory test of experimental group were better than control group (85.54 ± 3.58 vs 74.45± 5.13, P 〈 0.05). Practical ability test of experimental group were also higher than control group (89.33 e 5.16 vs 76.11 e 4.65, P 〈 0.05). Teaching satistaction score of experimental group were better than that of control group (P 〈 0.05). [Conclusion] The MDT combined with PBL teaching method showed good effect in clinical standardized training for residents in hematology. The model is worth popularizing in clinic teaching.
