摘 要:目的:调查杭州市养老机构养老护理员职业现状,为进一步推进养老护理职业化建设提出建议和对策。方法:采用自设问卷对杭州市22家养老机构413名养老护理员的一般资料、职业现状等进行调查。结果:养老护理员队伍薄弱,从业人员存在年龄偏高、文化水平偏低等问题,缺少长期从业人员。结论:加强养老护理员专业化培训,建立激励机制,优化养老护理队伍人员结构是提升照护质量的关键。[Objective] To investigate the occupational status of nursing care workers in retirement institutions in Hangzhou, and propose suggestions and countermeasures for further promoting the professionalization of nursing care. [Method] A self- designed questionnaire was used to investigate the general information and occupation status of 413 nursing care workers in 22 old - age care institutions in Hangzhou. [Result] The team of elderly nursing staff is weak, and the employees have problems such as high age, low cultural level, and lack of long- term employees. [Conclusion] Strengthening the professional training of elderly care workers, establishing incentive mechanisms, optimizing the personnel structure of the nursing care team are the key to improving the quality of care.
