摘  要:面临行业的机遇与挑战,餐饮企业建立自身竞争优势十分必要。本文以广东省餐饮企业为调查对象,共收集到263份有效样本。以此为基础,探讨了餐饮企业内部市场导向对其竞争优势的影响,以及员工工作满意在内部市场导向和竞争优势之间的中介作用。主要结论:第一,餐饮企业内部市场导向对其竞争优势具有正向影响;第二,餐饮企业内部市场导向对其员工工作满意具有正向影响;第三,餐饮企业内部市场导向对竞争优势的部分影响是通过员工工作满意来实现的。Confronted with the opportunities and challenges from within the sector, catering enterprises are finding it necessary to establish their own competitive advantages. With 263 valid samples collected through investigating catering enterprises in Guangdong province, this paper discussed the impact of internal market orientating of catering enterprises on their competitive advantages and the mediating effect of employee job satisfaction between internal market orientating and competitive advantages. The results are: 1) the internal market orientating positively affects the competitive advantages of catering enterprise; 2) the internal market orientating of catering enterprises has positive impact on employee job satisfaction; 3) employee job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between the internal market orientating and the competitive advantages of catering enterprises.
