摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查对甲状舌骨囊肿的诊断价值。方法对70例甲状舌骨囊肿患者的临床及超声资料进行回顾性分析。结果 70例术前超声诊断甲状舌骨囊肿患者中,术后证实为62例,超声诊断符合率为88.5%。声像图表现是:团块为无回声55例,低回声3例,高回声1例,混合回声3例。结论超声用于临床甲状舌骨囊肿的诊断具有较高的准确率,可为临床诊断提供重要的参考依据。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography in thyrohyoid cyst.Methods The clinical and ultrasonographic data of 70 patients with thyrohyoid cyst were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 70 patients,thyrohyoid cyst was confirmed after operation in 62.The coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis was 88.5%.Ultrasound findings showed that the mass was anechoic in 55 cases,hypoechoic in 3 cases,hyperechoic in 1 case and mixed echoic in 3 cases.Conclusion Ultrasound is highly accurate in diagnosing thyrohyoid cyst and can provide an important reference for clinical diagnosis.
