摘 要:采用酸法以氧化镁、氧化铝,乙酸,硝酸为原料制备(富镁型)镁铝尖晶石(MgAl_2O_4·xMgO),考察反应时间、煅烧温度、乙酸浓度、镁铝摩尔比(简称镁铝比)对产物转化率的影响,并通过正交试验得到最优工艺条件。研究表明:反应时间为3 h,煅烧温度为700℃,乙酸浓度为5%,镁铝比为1时,反应转化率为85.76%,达到最佳。Magnesia-rich type magnesia-alumina spinel catalyst was prepared by acidic region method with magnesia, alumina, acetic acid, nitric acid. The influence of reaction conditions including the reaction time, the calcination temperature, the acetic acid content and the molar ratio of Mg to Al on the conversion rate was investigated. Through the orthogonal test, the best process conditions were determined. The results showed that when the reaction time was 3 h,the calcination temperature was 700 ℃, the acetic acid content was 5% and the molar ratio of Mg to Al was 1, the conversion rate reached 85.76%.
