摘 要:原油管道输送过程难免会携带杂质,过滤器的安装极大地增加了管道堵塞的风险,进而引发下游原油中断事故的发生,给安全生产带来严重的威胁。如何保证安全稳定地运输易凝高粘原油,一直是我国石油行业中的主要技术难题。设计了一种运用集散控制方法实现防止原油中断的过滤系统,能在过滤原油的同时实时主动避免原油中断,从而很好地解决上述问题。且该装置自动化、模块化程度高,极易在原有设备基础上改造。为了实现生产监测管理的自动化,基于C#设计研发了原油防中断过滤系统实时监测软件,该软件可实时监控过滤系统的运行情况,对过滤器堵塞作出判断并响应,并采集历史数据,为过滤系统管理工作带来便利。Crude oil pipeline transport process will inevitably carry impurities, and the installation of the filter can greatly increase the risk of pipeline blockage, which will trigger the accident of the downstream crude oil interruption to pose a serious threat to safety production. How to ensure the safe and stable transportation of high viscous crude oil has always been a key technical problem in our petroleum industry. In this paper, a filtering system to prevent the interruption of crude oil by using the distributed control method was designed; the system can filter crude oil and avoid the accident of crude oil interruption at the same time. The system is automatic and modular, and it is easy to be reformed on the basis of the original equipment. In order to realize the automation of production monitoring and management, a real-time monitoring software for the oil filtering system was developed based on C#, which can monitor the operation of the filter system in real time, judge and respond to the blockage of the filter, and collect historical data, which will bring convenience to the management of filtration system.
