摘 要:湿天然气管道清管过程更容易生成水合物,给清管带来较大的堵塞风险。采用OLGA软件对湿天然气的清管过程进行模拟和分析。模拟结果验证了湿天然气管道容易产生水合物这一特征。进而,对水合物生成的影响因素进行了分析,包括管道输量、环境温度、起点温度和抑制剂。最后,基于分析结果提出了合理可行的防止措施,为湿天然气的清管提供理论依据和指导。The pigging process of wet natural gas pipeline is more likely to generate hydrate, which will bring greater blockage risk. In this study, OLGA software was used to simulate and analyze the pigging process of wet natural gas pipeline. The simulation results have verified that hydrate is easily formed in the wet natural gas pipeline. In addition, the influencing factors of hydrate formation were analyzed in this study, including pipeline throughout, ambient temperature, starting temperature and inhibitors. Finally, based on the analysis results, reasonable and feasible measures were put forward to prevent the formation of hydrate.
