摘 要:多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS)独特的笼型结构可以在分子层面上影响聚氨酯材料体系的软硬链段微相分离程度、链段结晶化和氢键作用。将POSS通过化学方法引入聚不同的氨酯体系中可以提高该类材料的热稳定性、机械性能和耐水性等。从不同的聚氨酯体系出发,介绍了POSS化学改性非水性聚氨酯、水性聚氨酯(WPU)和水性超支化聚氨酯,分析总结了POSS引入到不同体系聚氨酯中对其热稳定性、机械性能和耐水性的影响,以及POSS对其复合材料性能的影响机理。The degree of micro phase separation, chain crystallization and hydrogen bonding of polyurethane can be affected by the unique cage-like structure of polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(POSS) on the molecular level. The introduction of POSS into the polyurethane system can significantly improve the thermal stability, mechanical properties and water resistance of polyurethane. In this paper, the chemical modification of polyurethane, waterborne polyurethane(WPU) and waterborne hyperbranched polyurethane with POSS was introduced. The effect of introducing POSS on the thermal stability, mechanical properties and water resistance of polyurethane was analyzed, and the effect mechanism was discussed.
