摘  要:以歧化松香为原料,经重结晶提纯得到脱氢枞酸,通过磺化和成盐两步反应,高收率合成得到Bola型萜烯基二钠盐阴离子表面活性剂(STDS)。采用FT-IR对STDS进行结构表征,并考察STDS与阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)的复配性能。结果表明,STDS与CTAB具有协同复配增效作用,在质量分数比例为1∶1时,复配增效作用最强,复配体系具有优异的乳化、润湿和泡沫性能,其中乳化能力由8S提高到197S,表明萜烯基Bola型STDS表面活性剂具有同CTAB复配使用作为乳化剂的巨大应用潜力。Dehydroabietic acid was obtained by recrystallizing disproportionated rosin. The Bola type terpene-based disodium salt anionic surfactant(STDS) was synthesized by two reaction steps of sulfonation and salt formation. The structure of STDS was characterized by FT-IR. The mixed systems of STDS and cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB) were studied in detail. STDS and CTAB have synergistic effect. When the proportion of STDS and CTAB mass fraction is 1∶1, the compound is the optimum mixed system. The mixed system has excellent emulsifying, wetting and foaming properties, in which the emulsification ability is increased from 8 S to 197 S. The results indicate that the mixed systems of STDS and CTAB are promising for emulsifier application.
