摘 要:对近年来芳烃生产、芳烃转化和芳烃分离领域的部分新技术进行了简单介绍,并就这些技术在芳烃联合装置扩能改造中的应用途径进行了分析,对于有新增可利用的甲苯或重芳烃资源的芳烃联合装置,可采用提高传统歧化装置进料中的碳九及以上重芳烃原料的比例,抽出更多的甲苯资源,用于新建甲苯择形歧化或甲苯甲醇甲基化,并配套结晶分离技术进行扩能的方案;对于无新增芳烃资源可利用的芳烃联合装置,建议考虑以煤为原料的甲醇芳构化技术,或通过外购甲苯和甲醇,建设甲苯甲醇择形甲基化装置并配套对二甲苯结晶分离装置进行扩能,该路线具有投资少、流程短的优点,更具有灵活性和经济性。Some new technologies in the aromatics production, aromatics conversion and aromatics separation in recent years were briefly introduced. And the application of these technologies in capacity expansion revamping process of aromatics combination unit were analyzed. For the aromatics combination plant with available toluene or heavy aromatics, the proportion of C9 and above heavy aromatic feedstocks can be increased in the feed of conventional disproportionation devices,more toluene can be used to the process of toluene selectivedisproportionation or toluene methanol methylation,and capacity expansion revamping of matching crystal separation device should be carried out. For the aromatics combination plant without available aromatic hydrocarbon resource, it is recommended to consider methanol aromatization technology, or toluene methanol shape-selective methylation technology, toluene and methanol should be purchased in capacity expansion revamping. The route has less investment and shorter process flow, so it is more flexible and economical.
