摘 要:利用长条形试件,分别对1~4层、两种厚度的PTFE膜材进行了单轴拉伸试验,得到了相应的破坏形式、应力-应变曲线和抗拉强度。结果表明,单层与多层PTFE膜材试件破坏形式主要表现为斜截面撕裂破坏和平截面断裂破坏,膜材的抗拉强度随着层数的增加呈线性增加规律。基于试验结果,提出了多层PTFE膜材的抗拉强度计算公式,为多层PTFE膜材的工程应用和相关规范修编提供了理论依据。Uniaxial extension experiments were carried out on PTFE coated fabrics long strip specimens with two different thicknesses and 1 ~ 4 layers separately,to obtain corresponding failure modes,stress-strain curves and tensile strengths.The results show that,the mainly failure modes of single-layer and multilayer PTFE coated fabrics feature oblique section tearing failure and plane section fracture failure,and the tensile strength of PTFE coated fabrics increases linearly with the number of layers. Based on the experimental results,a formula for calculating the tensile strength of multilayer PTFE coated fabrics was proposed to provide theoretical basis for engineering application and revision of relevant codes of multilayer PTFE coated fabrics.
