摘  要:板栗在云南省栽培范围较广,但单位面积产量一直不高。该试验以云南当地具有代表性的板栗品种"永丰1号"为试材,利用石蜡切片研究了板栗雌花分化组织形态学特性以及相对应的外部形态特征。结果表明:3月上旬出现两性花序原基,雌花簇原基5月中旬形成胚珠原基,5月底形成四分体大孢子,6月上旬形成八核胚囊;胚珠倒生,厚珠心,双珠被,四分体呈直线形。雌花内部发育与外部形态特征有一定的相关性。Chestnut has a large growing area in Yunnan,but in actual production,the yield of chestnut has not been high.In this test,chestnut variety of‘Yongfeng No.1'were used as test materials,using the method of paraffin section to study the gender differentiation of chestnut in Yunnan.The results showed that,hermaphrodite inflorescence primordium appeared in early March,female flower cluster primordium formation appeared in mid-May,at the end of May,the formation of four ovule primordia appeared,split megaspore,in early June eight nuclear embryo sac formed,anatropous,bitegmic and crassinucellate.The four body was linear,female internal development and external morphological characters had certain correlation.
