摘 要:对采自云南楚雄的1种野生红菇属真菌的子实体进行组织分离,获得的菌丝体经纯化培养后进行液体培养,培养的菌丝体用于ITS鉴定。结果表明:改良的PDA培养基对红菇分离效果最佳,红菇菌丝白色、菌落较小,长势极慢;液体培养菌丝体生长缓慢,培养时间较长;菌丝球经过分子鉴定后确定为绒紫红菇(Russula mariae)。The fruiting body of Russulacollected from Chuxiong,Yunnan Province,was used to obtain pure culture.The mycelia was cultured in liquid medium,and the mycelia was used for ITS identification.The results showed that the improved PDA was the best medium for isolation from the fruiting body of Russula mariae,and the hyphae were white and small,and the growth rate was extremely slow.The mycelia grew slowly by liquid culture.Hyphae ball were determined as Russula mariae.
