摘　　要：目的了解青岛市在校学生伤害的流行特征,为制定伤害预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法利用青岛市伤害监测系统收集在校学生伤害病例资料,采用SPSS19.0进行描述性分析。结果 2015-2017年青岛市共收集在校学生伤害病例25 672例,男生17 403例,女生8 269例。伤害发生原因前3位依次是跌倒/坠落(38.21%)、动物伤(17.97%)、刀/锐器伤(11.43%);伤害发生地点主要是家中(30.96%)、学校与公共场所(27.15%)和公路/街道(21.35%);伤害发生时的活动依次是休闲活动(40.00%)、体育活动(16.22%)、驾乘交通工具(10.66%);伤害发生时间主要集中在8:00-20:00,10:00和15:00是学校与公共场所伤害的高峰;公路/街道在17:00最高;17:00-20:00时家中伤害持续高发。伤害严重程度以轻度(75.88%)为主。伤害意图以非故意(95.36%)伤害为主。结论针对青岛市在校学生伤害高发的时间、地点和活动采取相应措施,预防伤害发生。Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of injuries among students in Qingdao, and to provide scientific basis for developing injury prevention and control measures. Methods Descriptive analysis was conducted for data collected from Qingdao injury - monitoring system with SPSS19.0. Results In 2015 - 2017, a total of 25 672 cases of student injury, including 17 403 male students and 8 269 female students were collected. Falling （ 38.21% ）, animal injury （ 17. 97% ）, and knife/sharp injury （ 11.43% ） were the top three causes of injury. The injury occurred mainly at home （ 30. 96% ） , schools and public （27. 15% ） and roads/streets （21.35%）. Leisure activities （40. 00% ） ,physical activities （16. 22% ） and driving （10. 66% ） were the common activities associated with injury. The peak time of injury was mainly concentrated at 8：00 -20： 00,10：00 and 15：00 in schools and public ,at 17：00 in roads/streets ,and at 8：00 -20：00 at home. Minor injuries accounted for 75.88%. The rate of unintentional injuries （95.36%） was highest among students. Conclusion To prevent injuries, we should take appropriate measures in terms of the time ,places and activities with high student injury incidence.
