摘　　要：目的了解深圳市手足口病患者医疗卫生服务过程中存在的问题,为手足口病的诊疗与防控提供政策建议。方法采用个人深入访谈法,对深圳市不同级别医疗卫生机构22名不同类型的医务人员,以及21位重症手足口患儿家长进行访谈,内容包括手足口病诊疗情况、疾病负担、认知行为和服务满意度等,记录并整理分析。结果当前深圳市手足口病诊断正确率偏低,延迟诊断率高,医务人员培训有待加强;手足口病报告和定点收治相关规定欠合理;手足口病防控措施不到位,易发生交叉感染;多数重症患者有经济负担;患者家长手足口病知识缺乏,卫生习惯差。结论医疗卫生服务质量对手足口病的预防和治疗影响重大,要进一步完善医疗服务制度,提高医务人员的服务技能,普及手足口病防治知识。Objective To understand the problems in medical and health service of hand - foot - and - mouth disease patients, and to provide policy suggestions to the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of hand - foot - and - mouth disease. Methods A personal in- depth interview was used to record 21 parents of severe hand - foot - and - mouth children and 22 medical personnels who came from different levels of medical institutions in Shenzhen. Results Currently, the diagnostic accuracy of hand - foot - and - mouth disease in Shenzhen was low. The reporting and fixed - point admission related regulations were not reasonable. Prevention and control measures of hand - foot - and - mouth disease were not good. Most severe patients had economic burdens. Parents lacked knowledge of hand - foot - and - mouth disease and had poor hygiene practices. Conclusion The quality of medical services has a significant impact on the prevention and treatment of hand - foot - and - mouth disease. It is necessary to improve the medical service system and the skills of medical staff, and to popularize the prevention and treatment of hand - foot - and - mouth disease.
