摘　　要：目的调查经体外受精-胚胎移植(In-vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer,IVF-ET)受孕女性在孕前、妊娠期、产后(分娩1年后)这3个阶段胃食管返流病(Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease,GERD)的发病情况,分析IVF-ET是否是GERD的影响因素。方法 2014年6月至2017年5月,在河南省内两家三级甲等医院发放问卷进行调查,选择符合纳入排除标准的研究对象共226例,其中113例IVF受孕女性(IVF组),113例正常受孕女性(对照组)。调查研究对象在孕前、妊娠期、产后这3个阶段胃食管返流病的患病情况并分析IVF是否是GERD的相关因素。结果孕前,IVF组和正常受孕组GERD患病情况的差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);妊娠期,IVF组GERD患病情况高于正常受孕组(P<0.05);产后,IVF组GERD的患病情况高于正常受孕组(P<0.05)。结论 IVF受孕女性较正常受孕女性在妊娠期及产后患GERD的风险较高,IVF是GERD的相关因素。Objective To investigate the incidence and influencing factors of gastroesophageal reflux disease （GERD） in the women who conceived in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer （IVF -ET）, and to compare with the women conceived naturally in three stages：before pregnancy, pregnancy and postpartum at least 1 year. Methods A validated reflux questionnaire was administered to 113 women with a singleton IVF birth （IVF group） and 113 women with a naturally conceived singleton birth （control group） in two hospitals of Henan Province from June 2014 to May 2017. All the women were recruited according to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. Results The prevalence of GERD was not significantly different between two groups before pregnancy （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but the IVF group had a higher risk of subsequent GERD than control group in the two stages ： pregnancy and postpartum at least 1 year （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion IVF pregnant women had a higher risk in developing GERD during pregnancy and postpartum at least 1 year.
