针刺联合冲击波治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺联合冲击波与封闭治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效。方法:60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组用针刺联合冲击波治疗,对照组行封闭治疗。结果:痊愈率及总有效率均观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组疼痛VAS评分较治疗前明显改善,观察组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合冲击波治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效较好、且安全。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect difference between acupuncture eombined with shock wave and block therapy in the treatment of lateral epicondylitis. Method： 60 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with shock wave while the control group were treated with block therapy. Result： The recovery rate and total effective rate of the observation group were superior to that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .The pain VAS score and the clinical comprehensive curative effect of the two groups were obviously improved after treatment and that of the observation group was superior to that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with shock wave is effective and safe in the treatment of humeral epicondylitis.
