灯草灸配合中药外敷治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察灯草灸配合中药外敷治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:180例随机分为两组各90例,治疗组用灯草灸配合中药外敷治疗,对照组用聚肌胞肌内注射,两组治疗1周后进行疗效对比。结果:两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:灯草灸配合中药外敷治疗带状疱疹疗效较好。Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Dengcao moxibustion combined with herbal penetration therapy in treatment of herpes zoster. Method： 180 cases of herpes zoster were randomly divided into 2 groups.90 cases in treatment group were treated with Dengcao moxibustion combined with herbal penetration therapy while 90 cases in the control group were treated with intramuscular injection of Polyinosinic acid. The two groups were treated for 1 weeks after the treatment effect comparison. Result： There was a significant difference in the rate of recovery between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Dengcao moxibustion combined with herbal penetration therapy has good therapeutic effect in the treatment of herpes zoster.
