摘 要:为提高巷道再生顶板锚杆支护效果,通过理论计算得到再生顶板冒落带与裂隙带高度以及冒落带以上各岩层断裂步距;通过现场观测及钻孔窥视得出再生顶板不规则冒落带岩块压实胶结特征,从而建立再生顶板结构模型;基于该结构模型,采用UDEC软件模拟再生顶板下巷道掘进后锚杆支护和先注浆后锚杆支护巷道顶板的变形、应力、塑性区分布及锚杆轴力变化。结果表明:仅采用锚杆支护时巷道顶板控制效果较差;注浆后浆液最大扩散范围为8 m、边缘浆液压力为中心的20%,浆液将松散岩块黏聚为高强度的承载结构,与不注浆锚杆支护相比,锚杆锚入此结构后锚固体强度提高20%~50%,岩块挤压力提高40%~110%,顶板下沉量减小36%,有效控制了再生顶板的变形破坏,工程试验效果良好。To improve the anchor bolt support effect of roadways with regenerated roof, the caving and fractured zone heights of regenerated roof and periodic fracture length of strata layers over the caving zone were obtained by theoretical calculations. Compacting and cementing characteristics are achieved via field observation and borehole imaging. The structure model of regenerated roof was built. Based on this model, UDEC was chosen to simulate roadway excavation with different support scenarios, including the anchor bolt support and the grouting-anchor bolt support. Roof deformation, stress, plastic zone and anchor bolt axial force of various support scenarios were obtained. The results showed that single support form of anchor bolt caused bad control effect of roadway regenerated roof. After grouting, the maximum grout spreading range is 8 meters. The edge grout pressure is 20% of the center. The grout glues can bond the loose rock blocks into a high-strength bearing structure which improved the anchoring object strength of 20%-50%. Compression stress between rock blocks had a increase of 40%-110% and roof deformation had a decrease of 36%. Deformation and failure of roadway under regenerated roof were well controlled after engineering practice.
