摘  要:为了研究神东矿区弱胶结岩石的力学及声发射特征,以覆岩中最常见的3组弱胶结砂岩和3组常规砂岩为研究对象,运用RMT-150C力学实验系统和声发射实验系统对这6组砂岩进行了实验,运用X衍射射线仪和环境扫描电镜进行成分和微观结构分析。试验结果表明:弱胶结砂岩的抗压强度和弹性模量非常低,常规砂岩抗压强度和弹性模量分别为其16.5倍和21.3倍,但是弱胶结砂岩的峰值应变比常规砂岩的要大,是其1.6倍;弱胶结砂岩会出现声发射峰值计数,但是相对全过程中的声发射计数差别不大;弱胶结砂岩的声发射峰值计数一般不会出现在塑性变形破坏阶段,但是常规砂岩的峰值计数大多数出现在塑性变形破坏阶段;弱胶结砂岩中的骨架颗粒为石英和长石,其含量一般在总质量的75%以上,但是常规砂岩的含量一般在70%以下;弱胶结砂岩中的胶结物含量很低,一般在21%左右,但是常规砂岩一般在41%左右。由于弱胶结砂岩的胶结物含量少、胶结程度低、孔隙大、结构比较松散,造成弱胶结砂岩的抗压和抗变形能力非常低,因此,抗压强度和弹性模量非常低,变形非常大。The purpose of this paper is to study mechanical and acoustic emission characteristics of weak cementation sandstone in Shendong coal field. Three groups of weakly cementation sandstone and conventional sandstone are taken as the research objects. Six groups of sandstone are carried out mechanical and acoustic emission experiments by using the RMT-150 C mechanics experiment system and the acoustic emission testing system. The composition and microstructure of the weak cementation sandstone and conventional sandstone are analyzed by using the X diffraction ray instruments and environmental scanning electron microscope. The experiment results indicate that the compressive strength and the modulus of elasticity of the weak cementation sandstone is very low. The compressive strength and elastic modulus of the conventional sandstone are 16.5 times and 21.3 times of the weak cementation sandstone, respectively. But the peak strain of the weak cementation sandstone is larger than that of the conventional sandstone, which is 1.6 times of the conventional sandstone. Weak cementation sandstone appears acoustic emission peak count. However, there is no significant differences in the acoustic emission count during the whole process. Acoustic emission peak count of the weak cementation sandstone generally does not appear in the plastic deformation stage, but the peak count of the conventional sandstone most occur in plastic deformation stage. The skeleton grains of the weak cementation sandstone are quartz and feldspar. Its content is more than 75% of the total mass, but the content of the conventional sandstone is generally below 70%. The cement content of the weak cementation sandstone is very low, generally around 21%. But the conventional sandstone is about 41%. Due to the cement content small, the low cementation degree is very low. Pores are very large.
