摘　　要：目的探讨超声三血管气管切面对胎儿主动脉弓异常的临床诊断价值。方法选择2015年1月至2017年6月在福建省三明市第二医院行中孕期产前超声筛查中经超声心动图检出的胎儿主动脉弓异常73例,经产后超声心动图检查及引产后病理解剖证实,分析在三血管气管切面中的超声表现。结果本组胎儿在三血管气管切面均有特征性声像图的改变:迷走右锁骨下动脉48例,右位主动脉弓伴左侧动脉导管11例,主动脉弓缩窄11例,主动脉弓离断2例,双主动脉弓1例。结论三血管气管切面对胎儿主动脉弓异常的超声诊断具有重要临床价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of three vessels trachea view by ultrasound for fetal aortic arch abnormalities. Methods From January 2015 to June 2017, 73 cases of fetal aortic arch abnormality detected by echocardiography during prenatal ultrasound screening in the middle stage of pregnancy in the Second Hospital of Sanming City were and then confirmed by ultrasonic echocardiogram and pathological examination after induction were selected, and the ultrasonic manifestations of the three vessels and trachea were analyzed. Results There were characteristic sonographic changes in the three vessels and trachea views, including 48 cases of aberrant right subclavian artery,11 cases of right aortic arch and left artery catheter, 11 cases of aortic arch constriction, 2 cases of aortic arch rupture,and 1 case of double aortic arch. Conclusion Three vessels and trachea section has important clinical value in the diagnosis of fetal aortic arch abnormalities.
