摘 要:目的:建立藏药四数獐牙菜药材的质量标准。方法:采用《中国药典》方法测定水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和浸出物的含量,采用显微、薄层色谱法建立药材鉴别方法,采用HPLC法测定药材中龙胆苦苷的含量。结果:确定了四数獐牙菜药材的显微鉴别特征,建立了以龙胆苦苷为指标的薄层鉴别及含量测定方法。四数獐牙菜药材中龙胆苦苷的平均含量为3.11%。结论:该方法操作简便,准确可靠,重现性好,可用于藏药四数獐牙菜药材的质量控制。Objective: To establish the quality standard of Swertia tetraptera Maxim.(S.tetraptera). Method: The moisture, total ash, acid-insoluble ash and alcohol-soluble extract were detected according to the procedures recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition). The medicinal material was identified by microscopy and thin-layer chromatography(TLC) methods, and gentiopicroside was detected by HPLC method. Result: Microscopic characteristics of S. tetraptera were clarified. TLC and quantitative analysis method were established with gentiopicroside as index. The average content of gentiopicroside in S. tetraptera was 3.11%. Conclusion: The established method is simple to operate, having good stability and reproducibility, and can be used for quality control of S. tetraptera in the future.
