摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定胆清片中虎杖苷的含量,为该药质量标准提高提供科学依据。方法:色谱柱采用Agilent ZORBAX SB C_(18)柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm);流动相为水-乙腈(80:20);流速:1.0 mL﹒min^(-1),柱温:30℃;检验波长为306 nm;进样体积10μL。结果:虎杖苷进样量在0.0047μg^2.3500μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.56%,RSD值为3.43%(n=9)。结论:HPLC法测定虎杖苷的含量简单、准确,具有良好的重复性和稳定性,可作为胆清片中虎杖苷含量测定质量控制方法。Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of polydatin in Danqing tablet, and provide scientific basis for improving the quality standard of the drug. Method： Agilent ZORBAX SB C_（18） column（4.6 x250 mm, 5 μm） was used. Water-acetonitrile（80：20） was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL﹒min^（-1）. The column temperature was 30℃. The detection wavelength was 306 nm and the injection volume was 10 μL. Result： The liner range of polydatin was in the range of 0.0047 μg^2.3500 μg（r=0.9998）. The average recovery was 98.56% and the RSD was 3.43%（n=9）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate with good reproducibility and stability, and can be used as a quality control method for the determination of polydatin in Danqing tablet.
