摘　　要：黄德弘教授为广东省名中医师承项目指导老师,为主任中医师、教授、博士研究生导师。黄德弘教授毕业于广州中医药大学,从事医疗工作已经30载,长期致力于中医脑病临床研究,擅长辨证治疗中风、头痛、水肿、消渴所致四肢痹痛等内科疾病,临床注重气血辨证,调气活血,擅用桃红四物汤为基础加减辨证治疗中风、头痛、水肿等内科疾病。本文对其有关经验进行总结及介绍。As a chief traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） physician and doctor director, professor Huang is a director of inheritance program of famous doctors of traditional Chinese medicine in Guangdong province. Graduated from Guangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine University, Huang is a skillful doctor over 30 years and dedicates to TCM encephalopathy and other diseases which cause limbs pain and numbness, such as stroke, headache, edema, and diabetes etc. Huang is good at using Taohongsiwu decoction as the classical prescription to adjust Qi and Blood to cure diseases under the theory of Qi and Blood differentiation of symptoms and signs. This article summarizes and introduces his clinical experience.
