二丙酸倍氯米松联合酮替芬治疗过敏性哮喘的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨二丙酸倍氯米松联合酮替芬治疗过敏性哮喘的临床疗效。方法选择我院2013年2月至2016年2月接诊的过敏性哮喘120例为研究对象,将患者按随机法分为观察组和对照组,每组患者60例,对照组使用二丙酸倍氯米松治疗,观察组使用二丙酸倍氯米松联合酮替芬治疗,观察两组临床疗效、血清蛋白激酶B、HIF-1α以及免疫功能指标变化情况。结果观察组和对照组治疗后总有效率分别为93.33%、75%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后Akt水平升高,HIF-1α水平降低,观察组Akt水平和HIF-1α水平变化更加显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后IL-4水平升高,IL-12、TNF-α以及IGE水平降低,观察组IL-4、IL-12、TNF-α以及IGE水平变化更加显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论过敏性哮喘使用二丙酸倍氯米松联合酮替芬治疗,其临床症状改善明显,效果显著,能提高血清蛋白激酶B水平含量,降低HIF-1α水平含量,提高患者免疫力,临床价值较高,值得广泛应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of beclomethasone dipropionate combined with ketotifen in treatment of allergic asthma. Methods 120 cases in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2016 were allergic asthma as the research object,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. All patients were given beclomethasone,and the observation group was additionally given ketotifen treatment.Their curative effect,serum protein kinase B alpha,HIF-1 and immune function changes were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 93. 33% and 75% respectively in the observation group and the control group,and the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The level of Akt increased in the two groups after treatment,and HIF-1 decreased,and the changes were more pronounced in the observation group than in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The level of IL-4 increased,and the levels of IL-12,TNF-alpha and IGE decreased after treatment in the two groups,and they were more pronounced in the observation group than in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Beclomethasone dipropionate combined with ketotifen can improve clinical symptoms significantly in treatment of allergic asthma,with significant effect,which can improve the serum levels of protein kinase-B,reduce the levels of HIF-1,and improve the immunity level.
