摘　　要：《临潼新丰——战国秦汉墓葬考古发掘报告》著录一批秦陶文,共90方。《燕下都新出土文物集拓》著录了一批燕陶文。这些新的陶文材料,弥足珍贵。其中个别陶文的释文存在一些问题,通过对其补释,提出了新的看法。The ＂Lintong Xinfeng Report of the Archaeological Excavations of the Warring States and Qin and Han Tombs＂ recorded a batch of pottery inscriptions belonging to Qin state, a total of 90 pieces. ＂The Lower Capital Site of Yah Newly Unearthed Cultural Relics Set Rubbings＂ recorded a batch of pottery inscriptions be- longing to Yah state. These new pottery inscription materials are precious. There are some disputes to specific tex- tual research and explain of characters in these newly unearthed pottery inscriptions of Qin and Yah states. After the further study of characters on these new pottery inscription, we have put forward some new ideas.
