摘 要:为了运用ANSYS软件建立综合管廊的有限元分析模型,基于软件的概率分析功能,并利用ANSYS中的概率设计系统(PDS)模块进行综合管廊可靠性分析;选取实际工程中主干路的一段综合管廊,以综合管廊结构的宽度、弹性模量等各种设计参数作为随机输入变量,选用拉丁超立方抽样法进行500次可靠度分析。结果表明:该段综合管廊设计比较保守,材料没有充分利用,还有进一步优化的空间;各舱室腋角处存在明显的应力集中现象,应在结构设计时予以重视。To establish the finite element analysis model of utility tunnel by using ANSYS software, the reliability analysis of utility tunnel was carried on based on basic probability analysis of the software function, and possibility design system (PDS) module in ANSYS software. Choosing a section of the utility tunnel in practical engineering, the Latin hypercube sampling method was used for 500 reliability analysis based on the design parameters such as the width and elastic modu-lus of the utility tunnel. The results show that the design of the utility tunnel is conservative, the materials are not fully utilized, and there is space for further optimization. There is obvious stress concentration phenomenon of axillary angle in every cabin,which should be paid attention to in the structure design.
