摘  要:为了解决在知识经济时代突破专利壁垒的问题,通过分析目标技术并搜索专利得到专利群数据,结合技术成熟度预测作出相应的专利规避策略;利用国际专利分类(IPC)-技术-功效三维图分析核心专利群,缩小核心专利范围,在圈定的专利范围内选取与目标技术侧重点一样的专利作为核心专利;通过组件功能得分法确定核心专利群中的目标组件,并结合发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)进行专利规避设计新方案的设计;以辐射井水平钻机专利群为例,应用IPC-技术-功效三维图和组件功能得分法确定目标组件,结合TRIZ进行新方案的设计,以验证设计方法的有效性。结果表明,通过IPC-技术-功效分析法和组件功能得分法分别提高了核心专利和目标组件确定的准确率。To break through the patent barrier becoming more and more urgent in the age of knowledge economy, patent group data were obtained by analyzing target technology and searching patents. The strategy of patent around was deter-mined through technical maturity prediction. The three dimensional graphic model of international patent classification (IPG)-technology-efficiency was used to analyze the core patent group to narrow the scope of core patents. The core pa-tent was chosen to be the patent whose emphasis was the same as target technology in the delineation of patent scope. The target component was determined by the method of component function score in the core patent group, and combined with the theory of invention problem solving (TRIZ) to design the new approach of patent design around. Taking the patent group of horizontal well drilling rig as an example, the target component was obtained by the IPG-technology-efficiency three dimensional graph and the method of component function score, and the TRIZ was combined with to design the new approach, and the effectiveness of design process was validated by the example of horizontal well drilling rig. The results show that the accuracy of core patents and the target component is improved by the analysis of IPG - technology - efficiency and the method of component function score.
