自我效能视角下的期刊数字化路径选择——从江苏省实证调查出发

摘　　要：江苏省期刊数字化发展状况调查显示当前期刊数字化程度日益提高,各期刊自觉意识增强、开始有的放矢地选择适合自身发展的数字化形式。与此同时,数字化发展不平衡,数字平台"只建设不维护"的问题应引起重视。自我效能理论认为主体的动机性努力、认知和行为选择是影响期刊数字化发展效率的三大因素,因此应强化期刊运营者的主动参与意识、数字化方式的认知水平和有效的决策执行能力。可以立足数字技术优势,开发富媒体、综合态的内容;实现期刊数字形式与功能的整合互动、优势互借;合理利用优先数字出版和OA出版的新方式;顺应读者阅读习惯,强化移动阅读功能;丰富与拓展新的盈利模式等效能化路径来助推期刊的数字化转型升级。A survey of the digital development of periodicals in Jiangsu Province shows that the periodicals improve the degree of digitization day by day,increase the consciousness and choose the digital forms for their own development on purpose.Simultaneously,the question between unbalanced digital development and Non-maintenance for the digital platform should be taken seriously.We should boost the periodical digital’s transformation and upgrading through choosing and integrating the digital platforms multidimensionally,developing rich media and comprehensive digital content of periodicals fully,using the new forms of prioritized digital publishing and Open Access reasonably,strengthening the mobile reading function,enriching and expanding the new profit model,increasing the capital investment and equipping the professionals and so on.
