摘　　要：人文是医院技术战略的应有内容。本文辩证分析了医院人文技术战略的概念及内涵，阐述了人文技术战略的特点，最后指出实现医院人文技术战略的途径，包括树立正确的技术战略价值观、推行“两种文化”融合、鼓励公众参与、倡导人文文化养成、强调伦理控制。HumaniU is the integral part of the hospital technology strategy. This article analyzed the concept and connotation of hospital humanistic technology strategy dialectically, expounded the characteristics of that and finally put forward way of technology strategy, which includes set up the correct values of technology strategy, implement ＂two cultures＂ fusion, encourage public participation, advocate humanistic culture and emphasize the ethical control.
