摘 要:常规生产测井地面系统功能虽然强大,但内部结构相对复杂,体积庞大,不方便携带,且成本较高。因此,常规生产测井地面系统的应用范围有限。在分析井下仪器回传信号类型和通信特点的基础上,提出CAN总线布局多于MCU并行处理的设计理念,确定一套符合实际需求的便携式生产测井地面系统方案。通过对系统的信号分离板、深度测量板、A/D采集板及WTC板等硬件进行深入研究,妥善解决了硬、软件调试中遇到的问题,提高了系统的抗干扰性、可靠性及稳定性,给国内生产测井地面系统研究提供借鉴。Although the function of surface system of conventional production logging was strong,its internal structure was relatively complex with huge volume relatively high cost.Therefore,the application range of the surface system for conventional production logging was limited,which was unfavorable for matching the down hole instruments.Based on the analysis of the type of return signals of the downhole instrument and the characteristics of communication,the design concept of CAN bus layout is more than that of mcu parallel processing is put forward,and a set of portable production logging surface system scheme that meets the actual demand is determined.Through the in-depth study of the hardware of signal separation plate,depth measurement board,A/D acquisition board and WTC board,the debugging problems in the hardware and software are properly solved,therefore the anti-interference,reliability and stability of the system are improved,it provides reference for the study of domestic surface systems of production logging.
