摘  要:针对CO2、H2S等酸性腐蚀性气体对油气井水泥环和套管腐蚀的问题,研制出了一种抗腐蚀剂FH-1。对水泥浆成型后的水泥石块进行CO2、H2S抗压强度、渗透率和腐蚀深度的测试,并分析其微观结构,同时对该抗腐蚀剂的腐蚀机理进行了探讨。试验结果表明,抗腐蚀剂FH-1抗CO2、H2S等气体的腐蚀能力强。优选出的低、高密度水泥浆配方具有良好的抗腐蚀性、防气窜性、稳定浆体等性能,可满足不同温度、压力条件下的固井及封窜作业的需要。An anticorrosive agent FH-1 was developed in consideration of the problems of corrosion in oil and gas well cement sheath and casing,such as CO2,H2 S and other acid corrosive gases.The compressive strength,permeability and corrosion depth of the set cement formed by CO2,H2 S were tested,its microstructure was analyzed,and the corrosion mechanism of the anticorrosion agent was also discussed.The test results show that the corrosion inhibitor FH-1 has strong corrosion resistance to CO2,H2 S and other gases.The selected low and high density cement slurry formula has good corrosion resistance,good gas channeling resistance,stable slurry and other properties,which can meet the needs of cementing and channeling operation under different temperature and pressure conditions.
