摘 要:电潜泵在现场已得到广泛应用,有效地提高了采油效率。但电潜泵在运行过程中,由于电泵机组与油井生产参数匹配不合理,经常出现泵偏离高效区、不能在理想工况下工作的情况,对电潜泵耗电量预测带来了困难。因此,分析电潜泵耗电量的影响因素对电潜泵井优化设计和油田的节能降耗具有重要意义。根据现场实际生产数据和原油物性资料,分析电潜泵系统效率、产液量、流压和含水率等因素与电潜泵耗电量的关系,建立了一种考虑多影响因素的电潜泵耗电量动态预测模型。应用该模型对海上稠油井电潜泵耗电量进行预测,并与现场实际计量的电潜泵耗电量以及软件计算结果进行对比。结果表明,电潜泵耗电量动态预测模型考虑因素全面、应用方便、结果可靠,能够实时地计算电潜泵在运行过程中的耗电量,为电潜泵井的高效生产及生产管理措施优化等提供数据支持,可应用于海上稠油井电潜泵耗电量预测及新开发油田的快速评价。Electrical submersible pumps(ESP)have been widely used in oilfields,by which oil production efficiency was effectively improved.However,during the operation,due to the unreasonable matching of the production parameters of the electric pump unit and the oil well,it often appeared that the pump deviated from the high efficiency zone and could not work in the ideal condition.It has brought difficulties to the prediction of the quantity of electricity of the submersible pump.Therefore,it was of great significance to analyze the influence factors of electric submersible pump on the optimization design of submersible pumping well and the energy saving and consumption reduction of oilfields.According to the actual production data and crude oil data,the relation-ship between system efficiency,liquid production rate,bottom hole pressure,water content was analyzed,a dynamic prediction model of ESP power considering many influencing factors was established.The model was used for predicting the power of ESP in the offshore heavy-oil wells and it was compared with the actual ESP power and software calculated result.The result indicates that the calculated result by dynamic prediction model is comprehensive,convenient and reliable,can calculate the ESP power in real-time and provide data support for the efficient production of electric submersible pumping wells and the optimization of production management measures,which can be used to predict the ESP power for heavy oil well and rapidly evaluate new oilfield development.
