摘　　要：首先对影响宝日希勒露天矿冬季回采煤量的影响因素进行分析,确定冬季回采煤量较大的主要原因是露煤速度慢。分别提出全年2次露煤,揭露煤量相同及不同、全年3次露煤,揭露煤量相同及不同4组方案。综合考虑经济效益、露天矿生产稳定性及生产组织管理等因素确定宝日希勒露天矿1~#煤露煤方案为全年2次露煤且揭露煤量不同方案。The article analyzes the factors of affecting winter coal reserves in Baorixile Open-pit Mine, determines the main reason of the amount of winter coal reserves, presents twice and three times uncover coal with the same and different amount of uncovering coal respectively. Considering economy benefit, production stability and production management factors, the mine determines twice uncover coal with different amount of uncovering coal as the optimized program.
