摘　　要：针对胜利露天煤矿220T自卸卡车主发电机及电动轮轴承未到大修理周期频繁出现点蚀、剥离、裂纹、润滑不良等现象进行检查分析,并提出引进FAG轴承检测仪的想法,根据测试数据制定合理检修计划,降低维修成本,延长使用寿命。The article analyzes the main generator of 220 t self-dumping truck and frequently appeared pitting, peeling, cracking and poor lubrication phenomena of electric wheel bearing in Shengli Open-pit Coal Mine, and presents introducing the FAG bearing tester. According to the measured data,the company makes a reasonable maintenance plan, which can reduce the cost of maintenance and extend the service life of the machine.
