摘　　要：企业现代化管理的难点之一是对员工的真实、高效考勤。传统的解决方案大体分为两种:第一种基于GPS和基站定位;第二种采用室内考勤设备,如刷卡机、指纹机等。前者难以保证室内考勤的精确度和真实性,后者失去了管理的便捷高效性。本文以实际项目需求为背景,运用RSSI值对比技术,提出基于OpenWrt开源路由器的企业定点考勤管理方案,实现基于开源嵌入式系统OpenWrt的认证路由器,与GPS和基站定位相结合,配合基于Android的企业管理客户端,即可完成室内定点和室外移动的混合考勤,保证了考勤的真实性和企业管理的高效性。One of the difficulties of modern enterprise management is the real and efficient attendance for employees.The traditional solutions are generally divided into two categoriesthe first one is based on GPS and base station location,the second one is indoor attendance equipment,such as card printing machine,fingerprint machine and so on.The former is difficult to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of indoor attendance,and the latter loses the convenience and efficiency of management.Based on the actual project demand,in the paper,a fixed point attendance management plan based on OpenWrt open-source router is proposed by using RSSI value comparison technology.The authentication router combines with the GPS and the base station positioning to complete the mixed attendance of the indoor fixedpoint and outdoor mobile.That ensures the authenticity of the attendance and the efficiency of the enterprise management.
