摘  要:介绍了密闭鼓风炉炼铅锌工艺鼓风量与风口配置及鼓风压力的关系,通过分析影响铅锌密闭鼓风炉鼓风压力的因素,确定了降低鼓风压力的途径。风嘴改进后,鼓风压力明显下降,鼓风量增加,处理量增加,各项技术经济指标改善,取得了显著成效。The relationship between blast volume and tuyere configuration and blast pressure in the lead-zinc smelting process with sealed blast furnace is introduced in this paper. By analyzing the factors affecting the blast pressure of lead-zinc sealed blast furnace, the way to reduce the blast pressure is determined. After the tuyere improvement, the blast pressure decreases significantly with increased blast volume and capacity, and various techno-economic indicators have been improved, and remarkable results have been achieved.
