摘　　要：介绍世界客商中心供配电系统安全可靠、灵活适用、近期远期、节能经济的设计思路与方法,并对供电电源的"部分备供"、变压器容量的确定、高压供电系统"母联与备供进线电气联锁回路"的设计、变配电所的设置、低压配电系统的灵活使用、应急电源容量的选取、电缆的选择及敷设进行分析。This paper introduces the near-term and long-term design ideas and methods of the power supply and distribution system of the World Hakka Entrepreneurs Center with the characteristics of safety, reliability, flexibility, energy-saving and economical performance. It also analyzes the ＂ partial backup power supply＂ of the power supply, the determination of transformer capacity, the design of＂ electric interlock circuit of buscouple and backup feeder＂ of the high voltage power supply system, the setting of transformer substation, the flexible use of low voltage distribution system, the selection of emergency power supply capacity, and the selection and laying of cables.
