摘　　要：在人口老龄化背景下,以我国2002-2015年31个省(市、自治区)面板数据为样本,考察了人口老龄化对我国财政支出规模影响。实证结果表明:老年抚养比显著影响财政支出规模。因此,构建适合中国国情的延迟退休制度,建立老龄人口就业法规,构建完善的老年人法律保护体系,有助于减轻人口老龄化对财政支出的压力。Under the background of population aging,this paper takes the panel data of 31 provinces（municipalities and autonomous regions）in China for 2002-2015 years as samples to investigate the impact of population aging on the scale of fiscal expenditure in China.The empirical results show that the elderly dependency ratio has a significant impact on the scale of fiscal expenditure.In view of this,the construction of a delayed retirement system suitable for China＇s national conditions,the establishment of the employment laws and regulations for the aging population and the construction of a perfect legal protection system for the elderly will help to reduce the pressure of the aging of the population on the financial expenditure.
