摘  要:衡重式双排桩是一种新型深基坑支护结构,衡重台能提供一个反弯矩增加结构稳定性,因此,较常规双排桩可支护更深的基坑。应用该结构成功解决了卓越前海项目中填海区深基坑分期开发的难题。通过对比理论分析计算、有限元分析和项目观测,结果表明:(1)衡重式双排桩结构可用于深度约15 m的基坑;(2)该支护结构总体变形规律为倾覆式;(3)水平连接板端部附近超载和坑内地基土泡水软化对该结构横向变形影响较大。(4)该结构在填海区地层变形较大,仅适用于周边环境对变形不敏感地段;对于周边环境复杂地段,必要时结合其他支护措施综合使用控制变形。The balance weight double-row pile is a new deep foundation pit supporting structure. The balance weight platform can provide an anti-bending moment to increase the stability of the structure, thus compared with ordinary double-row piles, it can be used in deeper foundation pit. In Zhuoyue Qianhai project, the application of this structure solved the problem of rate of progress and construction by stages with excavation of reclamation area. According to the data of monitoring and simulation, some conclusions were given. ① This structure could be used in the foundation pit with depth of about 15 m. ② The overall deformation of this structure was overturn. ③The additional load on edge of horizontal connection plate of platform and submerging of foundation soil of bottom in pit largely influenced the horizontal deformation of supporting structure. ④ The structure was more deformed in the stratum of reclamation area, only applicable to the sections where the surI'ounding environment was not sensitive to deformation; but in the area with complicated surrounding environment, if necessary, other supporting measures were combined to control deformation.
