摘　　要：本文叙述了运矿自卸车检修维护作业标准管理工作的重要性,总结了作者近年来对自卸车检修维护存在的弊端,提出了预防检修事故发生和检修维护改进的措施,即检修维护作业标准及安全检修四道防线,提高了检修效率,解决自卸车重复性检修及检修事故频繁发生的技术难题,确保自卸车安全高效检修,并获得了良好的经济效益,将在太钢矿山推广。This paper introduces the importance of the standard management of the maintenance and ma- intenance work of the dump truck, summarizes the shortcomings in the maintenance and maintenance of the dump truck in recent years, and puts forward the measures for the prevention and maintenance acci- dent and the improvement of the maintenance and maintenance, that is, inspection and maintenance work standards and the four lines of defense for safety inspection. The measures improve the maintenance effi- ciency, solve the technical problems of repeated dumping and overhaul accidents of the dump truck, en- sure the safe and efficient maintenance of the dump truck, obtain good economic benefits, which will be promoted in the Taigang mine.
