摘　　要：当前,能源较为紧张,节能降耗就显得尤为重要。为降低设备能耗,文章简单介绍了机械设备维护的重要性和必要性,总结了套筒窑机械设备的常用维护方法及其节能效益。从CM和PM两个方面分析了套筒窑通用设备风机的维护方法及和节能效益,它有效地降低了亚健康或故障条件下普通设备如风扇和其他子单元的高能耗运行,为进一步研究提供了参考依据。Because of the shortage of energy, nowadays, energy saving is exteemely important. With the viewpoint of reducing equipment＇s energy consumption, this article has a brief introduction to the necessity and importance of machinery equipment maintenance; This article summarizes some maintenance methods and their energy-saving benefits for fans in Annular Shaft Kiln, providing a reference to effectively reduce high energy consumption of running common machinery and equipment in state of subheahh or malfunction.
