摘　　要：本文回顾了我国截割设备技术发展的4个阶段,并对比分析了我国装备存在的问题及与国外存在的主要差距;重点分析了新产品的创新技术:传动部件系统设计,振动测试手段,滚筒截割技术,自动化技术。在此基础上成功解决了30°大俯采开采的难题。文章最后对未来的技术发展进行了展望。This paper reviewed the four stages of the technical development of China＇s Shearer, and analyzed the existing problems of coal mining equipment in China and the main gap between China and foreign countries. It focused on the innovative technology of the new products of coal Shearer, including the design of transmission component system, the method of vibration testing, cylinder cutting technique, and the automatics. And then, it successfully solved the problem of dip mining of 30 degree angle. Finally, the paper looked forward to the future development of Shearer.
