摘 要:2000年以来,我国茶产业发展迅猛,茶叶机械技术的进步成为影响产业持续快速发展的关键因素。随着新技术和新能源的应用,新型茶叶机械不断涌现,例如多种升温技术的杀青机械、不停机式自动连续化揉捻机、连续长板式扁形茶炒制机、多功能茶鲜叶前处理机等。文章总结了近年来有关我国茶叶加工机械的论文、专利等科研成果,综述了我国茶叶加工机械研究进展,提出茶机研制存在创新性不够、发展不平衡、品质形成机理不清等问题,分析了未来茶机在清洁化、节能化、标准化、信息化、自动连续化的发展趋势。Since 2000,the tea industry in China has developed rapidly,and the advancement of tea machinery technology has gradually become a key factor affecting the continuous and rapid development of the tea industry.With the application of new technologies and new energy in the 21 st century,new types of tea machinery are emerging,such as various temperature-rising technology fixation machines,non-stop automatic continuous rolling machines,continuous long plate-type flat tea frying machines,and multi-functional tea fresh leaf pretreatment machines,etc.The article summarized the papers,patents and other scientific research achievements related to China's tea processing machinery in recent years,reviewd the progress of research on the tea machinery in China,and put forward the problems in the research of tea machines,such as insufficient innovation,unbalanced development and unclear mechanism of quality formation.The development trends of cleaning,energy saving,standardization,informationization and automatic continuity were analyzed as well.
